We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to connect with our large user base of businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage current and new businesses.
• Moderate user forums and work with community to troubleshoot and gather feedback.
• Innovative methods to interact with community through contests, giveaways, events, etc.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years proven success as an online Community Manager preferably in a startup.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of social media and best practices.
• Desire to learn about and work with thousands of small to medium sized businesses.
• Action-driven and able to act quickly to identify success and failure and move on.
• Love new technology and consider yourself an early adopter/innovator.
• Creative marketing sense and willingness to take risks on new ideas.
• Self-proclaimed "people person" who enjoys interacting with users. Introverts need not apply!
• Bachelors degree preferred.
